THE BARBER FIRM, LLC.

PRINCIPAL ATTORNEY:

Zedrick Barber II, Esq.

Zedrick Barber II, Esq., is a leading attorney with great legal prowess and acumen dedicated to seeking and obtaining justice. Hailing from West Palm Beach, Florida, his practice expands throughout Florida with an expertise in wrongful death, personal injury, insurance litigation, criminal misconduct and business litigation. Zedrick studied political science with a concentration in law at Florida A&M University (FAMU) and later earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from FAMU’s College of Law where he excelled academically and led a number of local and national organizations.

Upon graduating from law school, he began practicing at Brown & Associates, P.A.; a well-respected and highly skilled law firm with over 25 years of legal service throughout Florida and across the United States. After obtaining immeasurable litigation experience there he created The Barber Firm, LLC.

The Barber Firm was founded on the principles of hard work, integrity and honesty. Zedrick has a proven record of fighting for full financial compensation by any legal means necessary.  With a clear understanding of the insurance industry and its tactics, Zedrick is a thorough litigator with great experience navigating insurance polices and adjusters who often go out of their way to limit an insurance company’s liability.

Zedrick is a member of the Florida Bar Association and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His clients are comprised of those who have been forced to endure the tragic death of a family member due to the wrong doing of another, victims of motor vehicle accidents and business deals gone awry. He is focused on maximizing the representation and recovery of critically and fatally injured victims and those affected by shootings and other violent incidents. This includes incidents that occur on the premises of negligent property owners who fail to provide adequate security or warn patrons of known dangers associated with their properties.

Most notably, Zedrick currently represents the family of Jeffrey King, a man tragically killed by an All Aboard Florida Brightline train in Boynton Beach, Florida. His tireless work on this case is leading to monumental legislation that could cause Brightline to construct barriers along its route from Miami to Orlando costing the train company over $300 million dollars. His statements on this notable case can be found in USA Today, The Miami Herald and many more.
